Boundary Identification Survey
Knowing exactly where your property boundaries are protects your investment. Whether you're undertaking due diligence on a property purchase or planning to construct a fence, wall or building. We accurately mark the legal boundaries of your land to give you peace of mind and full confidence in what you own. It's a smart first step for any project.
Contour & Detail Survey
Planning a renovation, new build or development? A Contour and Detail Survey provides an accurate map of your land’s features including levels, trees, buildings, and services. It’s essential for architects, builders, and designers to create smart, compliant designs to suit your site.
Set-Out Survey
A set-out survey ensures your construction is positioned exactly where it should be according to your approved plans. We accurately mark the locations for foundations, walls, and other key features giving a clear, accurate guide to follow from day one.
As-Constructed Survey
An as-constructed survey captures the exact location and layout of completed works such as buildings, roads, utilities, and infrastructure. It verifies that construction matches the approved plans and is often required for compliance, certification and future planning.
Building Aspect Certification
Survey
Required by building certifiers, a Form 12 Building Aspect Certification provides documentation of a structure being built relative to the design which may be required for development approval.
For certification of aspects relative to a property boundary, a registered Cadastral Surveyor must be engaged. Paperbark Surveying is qualified to conduct height and location aspect certification under the Building Act and Regulation.
Lease Survey
Essential for preparing lease agreements and ensuring transparency, a Lease Survey defines the exact area of a property being leased by providing a registerable, dimensioned plan. We can provide land and building lease surveys to meet your requirements.
Subdivision Survey
A subdivision survey can be used to re-align boundaries or define new boundaries to divide land into two or more lots. Paperbark Surveying can conduct the necessary field work and preparation of plan for lodgement with Titles Queensland to help property investors, developers, and homeowners looking to unlock land value.
What is a Cadastral Survey?
A cadastral survey can re-establish existing, or define new, property boundaries. It ensures accurate records of land ownership and is essential for property development, boundary disputes, and land subdivision.
Who is qualified to provide the
services you require?
To undertake a cadastral survey in Queensland, a surveyor is required to be registered as a Cadastral Surveyor with the Surveyors Board of Queensland (SBQ). Paperbark Surveying is a registered Cadastral & Consulting Surveyor.
