Ben led a review and development of the Argyle Diamond mine closure communities strategy leading to the development of an execution level plan defining the communities & social performance actions and responsibilities during the closure period. This work included development of a detailed stakeholder engagement strategy to identify and manage engagement risks, provide consistent messaging, establish timing and sequencing of engagement activities with Indigenous and non-Indigenous community, government and regional business stakeholders.
